For a global 3PL, proof of delivery shows up as carrier email attachments in no fixed format and rarely tied to a load number. Ops teams hunt through shared inboxes to find each POD, identify the right shipment, attach the document in the TMS, and mark the load delivered. Missing or mismatched PODs stall closeout and slow billing, and the manual matching does not scale with volume.

   Inbox Triage detects inbound carrier communications that carry proof-of-delivery documents.

   Specialized agents match each POD to its shipment using the Shipment Knowledge Graph.

   The matched POD is attached directly to the shipment record in the TMS.
