Quote requests landed in a shared inbox all day, and reps had to read each email, pull the shipment details apart by hand, and re-key dimensions, origin and destination, dates, accessorials, and equipment into the TMS before they could price anything. Every minute spent on data entry was a minute a competitor could answer the shipper first, and the volume meant requests stacked up faster than the team could clear them.

   Detect inbound quote requests as they arrive and separate them from the rest of the inbox traffic.

   Extract structured shipment data from each request: dimensions, origin and destination, requirement date, accessorials, and equipment.

   Generate the quote automatically in the TMS from the extracted data, keeping the TMS as the system of record.
