Quote Intake
Turns inbound quote requests into structured quotes.
What it does
A quote request lands in a shared inbox or a customer portal as a loose email, a forwarded thread, or a portal message, with the lane, equipment, and pickup dates buried in prose or an attachment and never structured into the TMS. Inbox Triage captures and classifies the request the moment it arrives, then Quote Intake reads it from whatever channel it came in on and opens a structured quote with the origin and destination lane, equipment type, and ship dates already filled in. No rep sorts the inbox, retypes the request, or builds the quote shell by hand.
When it runs
It watches connected shared inboxes and customer portals for inbound quote requests, and fires the instant a new request lands, before a rep has opened it.
Impact
Every request that hits the inbox becomes a structured quote without waiting in a queue, so reps respond before a faster competitor takes the load. That speed is the win lever in freight: answer the request first and you book the freight. It also means no quote request slips through an overloaded inbox, which is where loads quietly go uncovered today.
