Shipment documents arrive at the facility in volume, get scanned, and then sit. Operators spend the day hunting through scan piles and folders to find the right paperwork under a given shipment, and the fields that matter never make it into a place anyone can search. When a document or a value cannot be located fast, the shipment stalls and the question lands back on the operator.
