Document Match & Load Closeout

Document Indexing

Classifies and indexes every shipment document.

What it does

PODs, BOLs, rate cons, and carrier invoices arrive as raw attachments and portal uploads, where a rep has to open each file, work out what it is, and re-key it before anything is usable. The Document Indexing agent reads every shipment document the moment it lands in the inbox or a portal, classifies it by type, extracts its fields, and writes a structured, queryable record into the shipment knowledge graph. Instead of a PDF buried in a thread, each document becomes indexed data: typed, searchable, and ready for the matching, reconciliation, and closeout steps that follow.

When it runs

It watches your shared inboxes and connected portals continuously, and fires the instant a shipment document arrives, whether that is a scanned POD, a BOL, a rate con, or a carrier invoice.

Impact

Documents stop accumulating as unread attachments and become structured records the moment they arrive, so ops never sorts and labels paperwork by hand again. Because every document is classified and indexed up front, the downstream work of matching it to a load and reconciling charges starts from clean data rather than a pile of files. When a dispute, audit, or customer question lands later, the document record is already classified and timestamped in the shipment knowledge graph instead of lost in someone's inbox.
